Ingredients
2 tablespoons of cacao
1 banana
A squeeze of honey
A drop of vanilla
2/3 cup of cold water and 1/3 cup of oat or almond milk - you can change the proportions depending on how ‘milky’ you like your smoothy
Chia or flax seeds optional
Ice cubes optional - lovely on a really hot day
