Ingredients
2 tablespoons of cacao
1 handful of frozen berries - fruit with vitamin C is great as this will help with absorption of iron
1 banana
1 or 2 cups of non dairy milk depending on how much smoothie you want to make!
Chia or flax seeds optional
Ice cubes optional - although the frozen fruit will be chilled enough for most!
Put all the ingredients into your blender/Nutribullet and whizz it up until smooth. There you have it! A delicious raw cacao and banana smoothie
